Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Lead a team of frontline staff managing lead generation efforts across various online platforms
2. Conduct thorough Quality Check to ensure that the quality of lists being generated and the details are 100% correct
3. Keep the frontline team motivated and provide solutions to various issues regarding email list building
4. Lead recruitment efforts for hiring lead generation associates across and helping them onboard
5. Build SOP’s for various internal processes as well as procedures to ensure uniform work style across the team as well as have a seamless onboarding for new team members.
6. Lead all technical aspects of email including list management, set up, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting
7. Develop audience segmentation and execution strategy that connects the right user with the right message and at the right time
8. Develop and maintain reporting dashboards
9. Design, maintain and iterate on behavioral and manual sends
10. Proactively identify and act on opportunities to advance business objectives through email
11. Write copy and proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
12. Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelines
