CORE ROLE:
As an appointment setting expert, you are a vital component to our vision. With us, you will be responsible for prospecting through the company’s lead generation channels and set appointments as needed. You will use easy-to-read scripts to best book these appointments. A key priority of this role will be the amount of booked appointments you provide and their level of urgency for our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IF YOU ARE A QUITTER, THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU! ---------- cold calls per day
- Set a minimum of 3-5 appointments per day
- Properly illustrate our benefits using our scripted responses
- Basic prospect research
- Properly qualify clients
- Following up with leads and prospects to prevent no-shows
- Stay engaged on slack
- Keep contact with our closing professionals as needed
- Attend daily meetings

MANDATORY CHARACTERISTICS:
- Naturally confident and easy to talk to. Great at building rapport.
- People would say “I feel comfortable sharing a lot with you”
- Eager to learn and grow. Loves a challenge. Into personal development.
- Enjoy talking to people all day. Working behind a desk in a cubicle sounds like torture.
- Wants stability & security with income and is willing to do the work it takes to be successful. Even if it means putting in the hours now to see results later.
- Understands the order of consequences (“If I eat this cookie now, I’ll enjoy it now, but I’ll get unhealthy later” vs “If I work out now, it’ll suck right now, but then I’ll get healthy later”) and is able to resist instant gratification.
- Very analytical and into numbers & spreadsheets. Loves taking detailed notes on prospects, documenting data, and looking at graphs to understand how to improve results.
- Great memory and attention to detail. Quick to follow up and remind others.

PAYMENT:
- Bi-weekly Pay (Every Friday)
- $10 PER APPOINTMENT!
- Commission Only

REQUIREMENTS:
- Need a quiet home office
- Monday - Friday (4hrs/day)
- Must hit our quotas
- Attend Daily Meetings
