Property Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Property Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver and can work quickly. Great english speaker/writer and team player are mandatory. This role will handle maintenance requests, scheduling of our maintenance technician, applicant inquiries about available properties. Mostly responding to chat/text messages and emails at a fast pace and solving problems when they arise. Speed on the computer and being a quick learner are strong points for this role.
