Team Leader/Account Manager/Project Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager/Team Leader.

This is a fully remote position at a fast-growing email marketing agency, full of great people and exciting projects.

What you’ll do:

* Be in charge of 6-8 figure eCommerce clients looking to increase their revenue.
* Planning and implementing the email marketing strategy (mainly through Klaviyo).
* Managing a small team of professional copywriters and designers to develop the necessary marketing campaigns.
* Making sure the communication with your clients is on point and their satisfaction (and ROI) continues to increase.

What you’ll need:
* At least 1-year experience working in digital marketing, ideally in email marketing and for one employer where you can showcase consistent results
* Consistent capacity of 30-35h/week.
* Being available and responsive during 9 AM-5 PM UK time (Mon-Fri)
* Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be native language)
* Previous remote work experience.
* Being results-driven
* Confident presentation skills alongside high levels of energy.
* Very high attention to detail.
* Learning/adapting fast.
* Common sense (ability to think outside out the box and figuring things out)
* Being accountable, consistent, and responsible (radical ownership)
* Owning a laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
