Mortgage Loan Assistant

This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of going full-time within 12 weeks. The opportunity is an assistant position to a busy mortgage consultant.

This position requires a sharp, detail-oriented, and organized talent to help us manage our calendar, CRM, and certain parts of the mortgage process. Most of the focus in this role will revolve around setting appointments, managing calendars, emails, CRM contacts, and running business-related tasks. The candidate will possess strong communications, tech, and social media skills. We are looking to hire for the long-term and bring on and train trusted staff.
