Social Media Assistant / Marketing Intern

*Must be able to work US Hours - Pacific Time*

This position requires organization, self-directed execution and to be ---------- addition, this person must have strong written communication skills, enjoys interacting with customers on social platforms and is capable of multitasking several social platforms simultaneously.

Position Responsibilities:

>Social listening and community management on all of the following platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, YouTube, website blogs, Yotpo, and paid ads.

>Daily monitoring comments and DMs on posts and ads.

>Search for general internet comments on brand and products and provide reputation management.

>Ensure all responses meet brand guidelines and messaging consistency.

>Complete all tasks by defined deadline.

>Ensure all public and DM responses run through Grammarly, meet brand guidelines and approved brand and product messaging for consistency.

>Embody corporate Mission, Vision & Values.

>Work collaboratively with sales, education, and operations teams as needed.

>Other duties as assigned.
