1. To read and understand the customer compliance guide and fine/penalty pertains to the late and short shipment.
2. To act immediately upon receiving the notification of the deduction from the customer.
3. To review monthly charges of ON TIME summary received from customer.
4. To research whether order shipped late, using various available system tools.
5. To coordinate with carrier for proof of delivery and appointments report to find out the reason for the late appointment given.
6. To advise shipping supervisor if the shipment delayed due to carrier’s fault.
7. To issue credit memo on the valid deductions.
8. To file dispute on the invalid deduction on customer’s online portal.
QUALIFICATIONS & DESIRED SKILLS
1. Basic accounting and analytical skill
2.. Basic excel knowledge.
4. Computer savvy- experience in different vendor portals/websites
5. Attention to details
6. Self-starter, multi task and problem solver
7. Excellent follow-up and follow-through
8. High productivity and have a sense of urgency
9. 2-3 years working experience in logistics industry is a plus.
10. Fast paced work environment experience
