Real Estate Marketing Specialist

Looking for a competent and motivated individual with real estate marketing experience to work as a personal assistant within the business. The primary task in the beginning with be to generate seller leads and set appointments by using MojoDailer to make outbound phone calls to potential seller leads. Lists are provided and have been culled for maximum accuracy and efficiency.

We're specifically targeting owners that are interested in selling quickly due to the property condition or other circumstances.

1. Must be comfortably able to call sellers using an auto-dialer (5-8hrs) without interruption between the hours of 9am - 6:30pm EST.

2. Maintain a friendly, high energy, and "real" sounding voice over the phone. No "salesy" or "bored" sounding tones.

3. Accurately gauge the motivation of sellers, and set appointments for our acquisitions team to meet with them to see the property.

4. Fluent english.

5. Quickly learn the CRM and data entry protocol

6. Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

7. MUST have real estate marketing experience. Extra points for experience specifically in real estate wholesale lead generation.

8. You must have uninterrupted access to high speed internet, have a computer that's less than 8yrs old, and have a high quality headset.
