Facebook Ads Specialist

I own an internet marketing business based near London, UK.

We advertise on Facebook mainly to US, Canada, UK etc, and drive traffic to ---------- offers. I have 6 JV partners all over the world, and 3 full time VAs. Many of my JV partners are extremely successful at this, and we all learn from each other all the time.

I am looking for several people to join our ---------- itially part time, but if you are a good fit, it can be full time and hopefully long term.

The hours are flexible, and of course you work from home.

We are a great business to work for. I have been doing internet marketing for 20 years, and I believe in supporting my staff, making it a fun, friendly , enjoyable working environment, and making things win-win as much as possible. For example I try and be flexibile on the hours you work, and days off etc. I will pay you a fixed hourly rate, and if you work well and my company does well then we will pay a bonus at the end of June.

You must have good experience with Facebook ads, and know what you are doing. I can give you examples of previous winning ads, and you must be able to use these as inspiration to create new profitable ads.

You must know how to split test ads and audiences etc.

Myself, my team and my network are experts in FB ads, and you will learn from us, as we will learn from you, so win-win.

As well as knowing how to set up ads etc, you will need to know the dangers of Facebook shutting down profiles, BMs (business managers) and ad accounts. You will need to know how to reduce risk.

You may be working on my profiles, or sometimes on BMs and pages that you already own or can acquire, and are responsible for keeping these open as much as possible

I am looking for several different people with different skills.
