Accountant for E-commerce business

We are an established growing e-commerce company. We are looking for an outstanding full-time accountant that has experience working with e-commerce companies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant
- Must have knowledge and experience using QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
- Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic audit/control procedures
- Have experience working with E-commerce businesses (preferably Shopify)
- Knowledge of productivity suite (google suite, Asana, Slack)
- Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to produce accurate, timely, and useful reports
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Proactive communication
- Must have your own laptop/computer and internet connection


TASK INCLUDE:

- Internally audit all vendor invoices for accuracy
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and flag + resolve any issues
- Monitor expenses and inventory costs/turnover
- Creating PNL reports monthly, cash flow reports weekly, forecasts, profit analyzes, balance sheet
- Ad hoc analysis as needed
- Work with multiple currencies & multiple payment processors
- Improvements to processes and procedures
- Other Accounting functions such as account receivables, account payable, credit card and bank reconciliation
