URGENT HIRING Sales Specialists - DAY SHIFT, MID SHIFT, GRAVEYARD SHIFTS available

Job Description:
• Responsible for representing the company to its customers by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to inquire their needs and providing consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers
• Support sales team in achieving assigned sales targets and creating new accounts.
• Maintain and manage all works (paper, coordination, etc) relating to your sales and marketing and support in organizing customer database
• Assist in resolving customer complex issues and needs and support in expanding customer base for products and services
Requirements:
• For applicants with BPO background:
o Candidate must be at least college level.
o With 2 year(s) of working experience in OUTBOUND BPO/CALL CENTER Industry.
• For applicants with SALES background:
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree in any field.
o Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales or equivalent.
• Experience in Electronics Industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Self Disciplined and goal oriented with strong inner drive for progress.
• Willing to work shifting schedules.
• Highly trainable.
• Willing to be assigned in MAKATI City.
