Google Adwords PPC Superstar Manager

Our current PPC Manager has been with us for four years and is now moving into full time employment. We are very sorry to see him go but we are excited about the prospect of a fresh injection of talent and experience into our boutique web and internet marketing firm.

We are seeking a highly skilled PPC expert to manage a wide variety of campaigns - for both ecommerce stores and services. At the moment we have around 5-6 hours per week of work - every week. This will change (hopefully increase) over time.

Your tasks will include:
—> setting up new campaigns
—> actively managing campaigns to improve CTR, ROI, CPC etc
—> monthly reporting on campaigns??

The more successful our campaigns are, the more work we will get. ??You must have extensive Adwords experience. This is NOT a job for beginners or “jacks and jills of all trades”. Pay per click advertising must be your passion. ??

As well as being an expert in all things Adwords, you also need to understand:?
--> lead generation?
--> conversion
?--> ROI??

You are both creative (for ads) and analytical (for everything else). ??Your English must be exceptional. The Ads must read as if written by a native English speaker. ??

I want to separate the Wheat from the Chaff and the Contenders from the Pretenders. So we have a creative recruitment process. Please reply to the questions below.

3) Send me a screenshot from an Adwords campaign you have worked on showing improvement in the campaign.
