Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are a start-up ecommerce business that is growing quickly. We are seeking to hire an experienced operations manager to oversee day-to-day tasks, coordinate with the current team members and establish SOP processes.

This role is for someone with experience in managing ecommerce businesses and will work directly with the President to oversee current operations, establish procedures and help to develop a team structure to grow the company.

Experience We Seek:
- Must have strong Ecommerce background.
- Strong communications skills
- Demonstrates good understanding of ecommerce businesses (brands or dropshipping)
- Experience building and managing teams
- Creating and documenting processes
- Project Management
- Flexible and able to adapt to new tasks and challenges.

This position is a full-time position and will require working in the CST timezone until we have a larger team established.
