Chat Sales/Support Representative

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or have attended/completed 2 years of College, any field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be confident and comfortable speaking in English to international clients.
• Must be computer literate and type at least 35 wpm.
• Must be willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Preferably with Sales experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide respectful, courteous and professional support.
• Provide answers to customer queries on setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions.
• Conduct chat sales of the account’s product and meeting customer needs.


Compensation:
• Depending on your qualifications, monthly salary will range from 15,000 pesos to 25,000 pesos.
