Looking to hire a personal assistant to help handle the day to day operation in our E-commerce business.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving finding and listing new products, customer service and order fulfillment. The main focus in the beginning is finding products, list them with the capability of following best practice with key words and copywriter skills . Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Finding products through market research and list on platforms (such as FB Marketplace)
- Fulfilling orders (buying product from supplier, entering in tracking into e-shop etc)
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work my daytime hours here in Switzerland which will be afternoon till night in your country.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a ---------- /zoom/whatsapp account.
