Customer Service Rep/ Call Center Agent

We are currently looking for a Call Center Agent to assist our growing sales team. We want a smart person who can work with less supervision and can handle complex conversations in English. You must be able to speak in a professional, empathetic, and convincing way. You must be able to also think quickly on your feet to resolve customer queries.

Responsibilities and Duties
-Acquiring effective customer service relationship
-Follow-up with customers, solving customer inquiries and consultations in time.
-Must work fast and have perfect verbal and written English with a neutral accent
-Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-Ability of multitasking, creative thinking, problem-solving
-Be able to handle complex English
-Fast learner and problem solver

This is an ideal position for someone serious about having a FULL-TIME career.

REQUIREMENTS:
-NO other commitments/work/gigs (This is a FULL-TIME role)
-Complete mastery of English (Communication and writing skills)
-Neutral accent
-High Internet speed (At least 15 Mbps and up)
-Computer speed (at least i3 processor)
-SHOULD be willing to work on Graveyard (PH night time)
-WFH set up (Dedicated quiet space)
-Fast typing speed (minimum 48 wpm)
-Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
-Noise-canceling headset
-CSR/BPO/Sales work experience is preferred but not required.

With 6 months probationary period
