Job Description:
General responsibilities of the role include day to day calendar management, industry content writing and researches, lead generation and management with video editing as a plus:
About myself:
I am running 4 companies (corporate service, accounting firm, HR and clothing business), I am looking for someone who will be able to help me organize my daily schedule in addition to expanding my business via social media across the globe. I work across a few time zones which means there will be late e-mails and potential calls that might need to sit in and keep minutes, flexibility on working time will be appreciated. Excellent writing skills are important and ghostwriting will be part of the job requirement on various topic, candidate will also be required to have an excellent market and internet researching skills.
Required skills:
• Advance English reading and writing
• Assisting in creating a presentation and other sales materials
• Development and maintain website/blog/YouTube account
• SOP content creation
• Excellent in MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent skills in project management software
• Excellent communication skills and social media available
• Video editing – additional
• Financial and bookkeeping – additional
Expectation:
• Full-time
• Candidate will be required to keep a detailed daily work log
• Candidate will have weekly and monthly review go over agreed expectation
• Able to multitasks

• College degree
