Head of Support

Forward Kitchens is a technology company based in San Francisco that provides software solutions to kitchen providers. Kitchen operators use Forward Kitchens' product to manage ingredients, smoothen operations, manage orders, and ensure an efficient kitchen. By building the software to power kitchens, Forward Kitchens is helping kitchen operators forget all the headaches of running a business and focus on what they do best: make delicious food.

### Requirements

- Undergraduate or master’s degree and have 5 years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree
- Previously led and managed a support team
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Ability to keep yourself highly accountable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and the local office language(s)
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Excellent time management and organization skills to work across different teams and stakeholders
- Previous experience in worked in business development, sales, or operations at a high growth company
- Ability to manage and lead a team in a constantly changing environment

### The Role

- Leadership & Management - You'll be hiring, managing, and leading a team of 5+ support team members. The team will grow and you will be expected to hire and train more team members to support the company's needs.
- Build & Maintain Documentation - You'll observe teams and processes to build high quality documentation which future team members can follow
- Communications - You'll maintain and build quick and succinct communication methods across teams including to the leadership
- Process - You'll develop frameworks to ensure the company's team members are working to the best of their ability and speed
- Problem Solving - You'll work with different teams and research solutions that will solve each team's problems
- Business Analysis - You'll work with the team to come up with creative and unique ways to solve problems within the company
- Product Thinking - Learn our product inside out and provide feedback on how we can improve it
