Experienced TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER Needed

Ambid Technologies LLC, is looking for an experienced TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER.

As a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER for a SaaS company, you will work closely with the CEO and you will be expected to manage both software projects and marketing funnel projects. You will be the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns and projects. You will be expected to use your industry expertise to improve all aspects of business. You will also be responsible for leading an existing team of programmers and help in rapidly building and expanding the programming team, both internal and external teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
-We prefer candidates who have advanced knowledge in Javascript, React.js, React Native, Node.js, server administration (Linux)
-Has an experience in leading and growing teams
-Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s/College degree (degree in technology, management, or business is a plus)
-At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, operations and process management
-Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and managerial skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be highly technical; must know and understand latest and relevant technologies (software, applications, programs,etc)
-Knowledge and experience in using online tools
-Project management tools (Asana, Clickup Trello, or similar)
-Drag and drop web page builders (Clickfunnels, Leadpages, Elementor, Wix or similar)
-Experience working in SaaS is a plus

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee day-to-day technical and operational functions of our organization
-Hold regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects, and to
determine progress
-Evaluate and research software technology options for each project; and identify what technologies can be used to enhance the
company's products and services
-Collaborate with the CEO in aligning technology goals to the organization’s business goals, developing and overseeing the long- term strategies, setting and driving organizational vision, etc
-Design, implement, assess and improve technology strategies, business operations, policies, processes and systems
-Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention
-Monitor employee productivity, lead team development, effectively delegate tasks, conduct regular performance reviews
