Virtual Assistant

Require a Virtual Assistant who is happy to carry out different admin-related tasks for me.

I do not need you to post any instagram content for me. The simple job right now is inbox management and follower growth.

To start with I am looking for an individual that can handle basic parts of my business Instagram account, and once proven, we build trust and you prove that you are doing a really good job, there will be a chance of progression in terms of job role involvement, and hours once I have found the right individual and you have perfected the initial task.

So the first task I would like the VA to complete is:

1 - Targeted Follower growth - Every month or 2 I will give you some Instagram accounts to go through and target followers to constantly grow my audience following. We will then prune it every week or 2, to reduce my "following" tab compared to "followers"

2 - Inbox management - General Management between hot and cold leads.

What does inbox management involve? Inbox management brief details:
Every new follower I receive I would want you to send them a welcome message (I have it set up on instant replies on Instagram, so you don't need to think on your feet here, just use the script I provide, you just need to fill the gaps e.g. their name)

If someone replies to the welcome message, you'll then use another instant reply, if they then reply to that, push the conversation into the primary tab rather than the general tab and I'll carry on the conversation.

As stated above, as you get better at the above, progression is available for you to carry on the conversation and go through the entire script. Once you have got comfortable with that, when people reply, I will teach you the DM script using instant replies so you take care of that process entirely.

- Some kind of Instagram knowledge is a must, experience at growing following beneficial also but not essential
- I want someone inquisitive
- Good-communicator
- Good at building rapport with potential customers
- Good English (For when we progress, and I want you to take over the conversation rather than just using instant replies)
