As the virtual office manager of our agency, you will be responsible for assisting our writers, designers, and I in the creation and improvement of ad campaigns and marketing funnels for our clients in a variety of media.

The type of work that we normally produce include

Facebook image and video ads
lead generation funnels and webinar funnels,
long form direct response sales letters, email newsletters,
ebooks,
Youtube videos, and Youtube ads.

Most of these fall within the discipline of direct response advertising or online lead generation.

Since creating highly persuasive lead generation or sales-driven campaigns is one of the most effective ways to attract customers and clients for businesses and consultants, your position will play an important role in our clients’ success, and indirectly impact the lives of their customers.

HOW LIFE IS GONNA LOOK LIKE FOR YOU

This is the first full-time manager I am hiring, 70% of the work is NOT yet systemised. As such, you will be assisting me in creating systems, checklists, procedures, and coordination with other team members and clients.

I have high expectations of you because you are going to be my first arm who is going to help me ease/assist my workload, so that I can focus on tasks/work that generate revenue for the business.

Although you'll be working remotely ~90% of the time, You’ll be working with an amazing international team. There might be times where you’re required to come to ---------- ances are low but who knows. So be prepared to hop on the plane. And if that happens, air ticket and accommodation is paid for.

You'll get to interact with business owners, designers and copywriters who are at the top of their game.
