Graphic Designer / Artist / Illustrator

I have a web development company in Australia and I am looking for a graphic designer / artist / illustrator who can create vector graphics from photos.

I need someone to work on a contract basis creating images like these from photos we provide.

I am not too sure how many we will need or how often but the job can be performed at any time you like in the hours you like.
