This job is for an energetic real estate team assistant to assist with a growing Real Estate Team. We will only consider candidates with experience previously working as an assistant or transaction coordinator/working with contracts. Please do not apply unless you have worked at least 2 years as a transaction coordinator.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Be familiar with Zipforms, Dotloop, Docusign, Various CRM’s
Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail & text communication.
Contacting Attorneys and Title Companies for updates to ensure a smooth closing.
Build rapport with clients, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
Adding leads, conversation notes, response times, and follow-up attempts into database.
Market homes to potential buyers
Collect offers from buyers
Sending out Purchase Agreements to buyers.
Follow up with sellers and buyers weekly keeping them updated until the deal closes.
Also need to be familiar with marketing and lead generation on various platforms
Maintain the team CRM
Maintaining database of prospects
Requirements:
Must be able to speak and write in English
Must be proficient with Office 365, Adobe
Must have the ability to make phone calls and text messages to the US
High speed internet
Reliable up to date computer that can handle multitasking
Non distracting quiet work environment
Ability to personally handle multiple tasks at once.
Must be able to have a audio/video Zoom meeting for your interview.
Pay & Scheduling:
We will have you start Part Time with the opportunity to be a Full Time Employee, after careful consideration.
We pay every week on Sunday using Paypal
We will have a 2 week training/probationary period, where we will determine if you are a good fit for our company.
Starting pay will be $3/HR during the training period and First payment will be made after the 2 week probationary period ends.
Base Pay can increase to $5/Hr once qualified. Pay raises will be given frequently as the assistant shows improvement.
We will pay a Bonus if you perform certain tasks with excellence.
