Web Content Strategist

An Australian company with multiple websites is in need of a full-time SEO writer/web content strategist/copywriter to join the team.

While we expect our new team member to have hands-on SEO experience (know and love keywords, titles, tags, URLs, etc.), this is a writing job. As our writer, you’ll be responsible for content development — creating website copy, press releases, blog posts and more.

We're also looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can contribute skills in creative writing and collaboration. Qualified candidates will have solid concepting, copywriting and proofreading skills and be comfortable with online research.

- 2+ years of copywriting experience
- 2+ years of Web writing/SEO experience
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM and Social Media
- Writing samples/portfolio
- Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
- Experience with Wordpress and Yoast
- Experience in blog commenting, article submissions
- Adhoc tasks

Last but not the least, this is a full-time position so we expect applicant to be able to work following the 8 to 5 work hours. We are looking for someone who can be trusted to perform with minimum supervision and comply to agreed deliverables.
