JOB OVERVIEW

Your role is mainly to assist me and my team in handling different areas of my E-commerce business related to copywriting, email and Facebook ads. I am looking for a full-time employee that has long term potential. We operate physical ecommerce brands. We do not operate a dropshipping business.

Some primary areas include:
- Email Marketing
- Facebook Ads

Some secondary areas include:
- Blogs, Pre-Sell Articles, Advertorials
- Sales Page / Landing Page Copy
- Social Media Captions


REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills REQUIRED
Excellent understanding of sales copy and CTA driven copy is REQUIRED
Excellent writing and expertise in managing email marketing is REQUIRED
Excellent knowledge and expertise in Paid Facebook Media Buying is REQUIRED (minimum 1 year experience)

STRONG ADVANTAGE SKILLS (but not required)
Experience with the email marketing platform Klaviyo is a STRONG ADVANTAGE
Experience in writing ad copies and landing pages is a STRONG ADVANTAGE

PLUS SKILLS (but not required)
Knowledge of Google Ads and Amazon PPC is a PLUS
Knowledge in culinary arts, cooking, kitchen industry is a PLUS
Proficiency and knowledge in managing a Shopify account is a PLUS

ABOUT ME:
I own & operate a few online e-commerce businesses. I’ve been working with Virtual Assistants for the last 2 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. I have previously hired on all major VA platforms including - Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr.

Our team is made of extraordinary people who thrive on solving difficult problems and building enduring products for ecommerce. Currently, our e-commerce business operates multiple DTC brands on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Ebay in North America. We have 9 full-time employees (including VAs) with over 15 team members that are contracted for specific projects.


We are on a strong YoY growth trajectory and looking to double the team size in 2021.
We're growing fast and are seeking new team members that are curious, free-thinking, and determined to make an impact.
