Shopify Store Manager, Store. Launcher, Social Media Manager for Shopify Store

I am looking for someone to help with my Shopify store. (I already have a Shopify store set up and designed)
I am looking for someone to help me with a launch plan and then after launch, management and growth of traffic to the store as needed for posting on social media. Please have experience in Facebook Business Manager and Instagram Ads and Facebook Ads. Applications without experience in Social Media platforms will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities will include the following:
1. Develop Launch plan for the store and execute the launch plan
2. Manage day to day activities of the store as needed (since the store is not popular yet, I am assuming this will not be a heavy task).
3. Create a social media content plan for social media platforms
4. Figure out ad budgets for social media ads and google ads
5. Set up Facebook pages and instagram pages for the store
6. Execute on plans created
