Andy Mai Ltd have been succeeding in business for the past 2 years and consistently increasing our revenue monthly.

With hundreds of student and business class mentorship under our program we need more passionate and dedicated team members who are willing to grow with us.

As we are a fully remote team working across different time zones, we value flexibility and a collaborative attitude as critical attributes for this position. This job is remote so you will be working independently at your own preferred time.

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Appointment Setter. You will be reaching out with prospects who are eager to speak with you. (ZERO outbound prospecting/marketing to fill up your calendar)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Be on the phone with prospects and inform them about our services
-Create an excellent first impression and build quick phone rapport with prospects
-Field questions and concerns about the services we offer
-Establish relationships with prospect clients to achieve assigned sales goal
-Coding or entering data as appointments in our database

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-HIGHLY COMPETENT English Speaking Skills, with UA/AU/UK accent
-At least 1-2 years proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role in BPO industry
-You are energetic and want to help your clients realize their professional aspirations
-Superb interpersonal skills - to quickly build rapport with customers.
-With reliable internet, good computer specs and a quiet environment to be able to make high quality calls
-Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
-Helper at nature; willing to go above and beyond what is required to ensure client satisfaction
