Personal and Business Assistant, SPEAKS ENGLISH FLUENTLY, Knows How to Use Quickbooks

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist a business owner. Great English speaking/writing is a must.

The day to day activity includes but is not limited to:
- Placing Orders
- Making Invoice and Collecting Payments from clients
- Credit and Bank Transactions
- Bookkeeping (We use Quickbooks)
- Email Management
- Managing Personal and Business Finances
- Create and manage email marketing

Where:
This is a work-from-home opportunity! You will be working with my Filipina SEO/Web Developer/Assistant.

When:
This job is based in USA CENTRAL time zone so you will need to work at NIGHT. We work Monday – Friday and hours are from 9 AM – 5 PM CENTRAL time. We use a remote login system (Time Doctor) for employees to clock in and clock out and monitor their screen time.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT
You will need a reliable computer with a wired, reliable, and consistent high-speed internet connection – a minimum of 15 MBPS. (Proof needed) You will need to ensure that you have a designated workspace that will allow you to focus and work uninterruptedly. You need to send me the Facebook page of your Electricity Provider so we would be aware of the scheduled and unscheduled power interruption as ---------- PENSATION + PERKS
This position is being offered at an opening salary of $400-$800 USD (part-time - full-time) monthly.
You are paid 1.5 times every USA legal holiday.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Complete Proficiency and Experience in Quickbooks Desktop
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Document manipulation and organization (PDF doc management)
• Strong organizational skills
• Meticulous and high attention to detail
• Excellent English language fluency, speaking (because you will be calling clients from time to time) , grammar, reading and writing.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to master new ideas or systems quickly
• Upbeat positive personality
• Able to organize and manage a task load

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year in a related job experience

With Medical and Real Estate Background is a plus!

2. Commitment: I’m looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship so if you’re just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you. The job will require 20-40 hours a week depending on tasks. I need someone that I can count on (tardiness and absenteeism is not acceptable)

3. Desire to learn: I want people who are open to learning new skills so if you’re just looking to focus on one area, this is not for you.
