3D Artist (Blender / 3DS / Maya / Substance) for web-ready modeling

Who are we?
My company is located in germany. We use 3D-scan, 3D-printing, AR & VR & more to create awesome customer experiences. Our growing expansion needs help from different time zones, as we always got a project running. Learn more about what we are mostly doing? -> ---------- (our mother company, offering full 3D-plattforms, many projects correlate to this one for 3D-modelling)

We are looking for a 3D Artist – Creating 3D models from just plain images? Web ready and PBR-textures? If you can do that, you most likely fit! High poly meshes with high quality textures (3D-Scans) are no match for your remeshing skills? That’s a good bonus : )

What will be a typical work task?
- re-meshing objects to a certain level to make it web and game ready
- generate new objects based on various inputs with PBR texture (images, .obj without textures, CAD-data, technical drawings and the like will be source data)
- working together with an experienced 3D team remotely
- model, texture and render objects given

Requirements?
- we only hire full tea ---------- mbers, we do not do freelancing, you will be part of the company family and not be some outsourced guy (see benefits for more)
- at least 30+ h/week work time is needed
- you must not work more then 10-20h aside from this job
- you should own a PC capable of 3D modelling
- your internet connection should not be very slow (task data can be big)
- experience (a couple years) with Blender or Maya or 3DS Max and Substance are beneficial
- Timeproof
- we use Bitrix24 as project and task management software, it is easy to get into : )

Salary:

We have a system for judge the typical monthly payment based on experience level and different skills. I'll give examples:

1. Less then 2 years of experience, general 3D modelling knowledge: 15-18.000 PHP

2. More then 5 years of experience in Blender, some experience in Substance, a bit of experience in Photoshop = 28-32.000 PHP / month

3. More than 8 years of experience in many 3D progreams, some python scripting for Blender, Substance Painter and PBR based experience with developed skills in photoshop and other programs = 42-45.000 PHP / month
