Job Description
As part of our development team, you will be tasked to analyse and utilise Zoho applications and solutions depending on the requirements given. These include doing custom development to automate different business processes.
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
Build process-based applications (i.e. customer portal, HTML page views, dashboards, custom search modules, pivot charts, work progress trackers), automate routine tasks (i.e. appointment modules,
Implement, customise and administer Zoho applications including Projects, Desk, CRM and more.
Effectively utilise Zoho modules to automate various business processes
Integrate current apps with other Zoho applications and third-party services.
Ensure effective usage of Zoho applications throughout the organisation by monitoring and mentoring the team
Requirements
Proven knowledge and experience in designing and developing solutions using different Zoho applications specifically Creator and Flow.
Solid experience in the customisation, implementation and administration of various Zoho applications particularly Projects, Desk and CRM.
Working knowledge of other Zoho apps is advantageous.
Sound knowledge of software development methodologies including Fixed Price, Hybrid Agile, Pure Agile and the limitations of all including Change Request management processes
Ability to quickly identify out of scope items in a project.
Ability to attend daily Project and Sales meetings in Sydney timezone and work with a global disparate team of Project Management, Business Process Engineers, Software Developers and Salespeople.
