Podcast/video editor with social media management

Hi, we are a B2B SaaS startup and we're focusing on ecommerce stores as our target audience. We're looking for a person to help us work with our webinars and podcasts as well as social media. Looking for a person to handle the following:

Podcast editing:
• Basic audio editing which includes adding intros, outros and background music
• Editing out speech errors, removing word fillers and long silences.
• Write powerful shownotes (with episode summary, quotes, timestamps, resources, social media handles) of podcast episodes.
• Create 60 to 90-second audiograms for social media marketing promotion
• Upload edited podcast episode to podcast hosting site (Transistor).

Video editing:
• Basic video editing which includes adding intros, outros and background music
• Video post-production as well as adding creatives to make the videos more appealing and engaging
• Write shownotes (with episode summary, quotes, timestamps, resources, social media handles) of video or webinars.
• Create 60 to 90-second videos for social media marketing promotion
• Upload videos to YouTube channel as well as other video hosting sites (Wistia)

Social media management:
• Design social media creatives using Canva for sharing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook business page and YouTube
• Post and plan content on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook business page and YouTube every day


Email management:
• Publish a weekly newsletter recapping all actiivity from various channels through ConvertKit
