Sourcer/Recruitment Assistant

What you’ll do as a Sourcer:

Lead the sourcing processes for a variety of key technical hires
Collaborate with recruiter to determine essential position requirements
Design and implement a range of effective sourcing strategies based on an understanding of the market and the needs of each role
Conduct research-based sourcing, getting to know the current makeup of our teams and the core values that infuse Notarize's culture

What we’re looking for:
Previous (2+ years) technical sourcing experience, preferably for digital marketing and technology
Technical fluency. You have a deep appreciation for the ways technology makes work better, and are comfortable learning/using different tools to accomplish a ---------- fort with autonomy. You know that you don’t have all the answers, but you are pretty sure that you can find them. You enjoy the freedom of self-directed work, and relish the chance to figure things out for ---------- monstrated knowledge of a wide range of sourcing methods, and opinions about current sourcing tools and platforms
Comfortable using boolean search and LinkedIn
