JOB OVERVIEW

Hey, we’re looking for a sales and eCommerce Specialist who wants to join our exciting growing Australian eCommerce store that’s in the very popular bbq / outdoor cooking products niche. We have an exciting 2021 planned, and we want you to be part of it!

We need someone who can be the first point person to every customer's concern. Effectively, this person must embody the company's brand: customer-oriented, warm, and passionate. The role will require someone who is a sales genius.

We are looking for:

A long-term team member who wants to be part of the increasing growth - not just behind the scenes person doing back-end processing;
Someone who has a keen appetite to learn about our products and to sell them;
Someone who enjoys speaking conversationally on the phone with English native speaking people - very important!
Someone with solid working from home experience; and
Someone with experience working in eCommerce or with eCommerce brands.

Customer service experience is not required, but a plus - must be willing to learn and grow.

Ideally, you’ll be:

A problem-solver by nature that thrives on challenges;
Comfortable with figuring things out independently
Capable of making quick and smart decisions;
Enjoy working as part of a team as well as independently;
Able to juggle many different tasks;
Responsive with team chats and emails; and
Tustworthy!

We will offer you:

Full-time 40-hour remote work
Australian office hours 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday Sydney Australia time (Currently 6 am - 2 pm Phils time)
overtime pay (upon approval)
commission when reaching KPIs (to be discussed)
there are significant opportunities for growth for the right person

And here’s what we expect from you:

Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats
inbound and outbound sales
managing and fulfilling orders with Shopify
Create product listings on Shopify
Back of house administration
Organising shipping and creating shipping
Communicate via email and phone with current suppliers
Future tasks to be determined based on you and other team members’ strengths

Experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian culture and geography is a major plus.
