JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

Manage lead sources- Respond to lead sources immediately from multiple sources, to include Thumbtack, Angies list, Facebook, and lead generating websites.
Reporting- Must track all lead sources, conversion and close rates, average ticket amount
Scheduling- Schedule jobs in a large city with multiple territories. Must become familiar with local metro area ( Atlanta, Georgia , USA ). Must be able to communicate with field technicians, and clients adjusting appointment times as necessary.
Sales- Must communicate in a persuasive manner. Part of this role is booking/selling jobs via text or on the phone ( must have no accent and speak perfect english ). 80% will be inbound calls, text or emails. 20% will be outbound calls to existing clients, or leads that have just requested service. This is NOT an outbound telemarketing position.
Follow up- Must follow up with potential clients that have not booked a job yet.
Marketing- You will be responsible for posting in Facebook groups, and on Nextdoor to market our services. This includes researching groups, joining, and posting content. This is typically 10% of the ---------- sentially you will be booking gutter cleaning jobs, roof repairs, siding repairs and estimate ---------- this role you will be tasked with looking homes up on ---------- to verify the size of the home ( square footage ) and the degree of difficulty of the job. You will only be pricing gutter cleaning jobs, all other appointments will be for estimates that are handled by our field technicians. You will be tasked with entering the client into our CRM, and managing the technicians schedule.
