HELLO! I am in need of a Certified Accountant/Bookkeeper who can also help with VA tasks that require critical thinking. I have a handful of small business activities that each require separate books listed below in order of most to least transactions described as follows:

1. Kitchen cabinet business with a physical showroom
2. Real estate investing business featuring long- and short-term rentals as well as fixing and flipping
3. Other rental properties
4. Consulting business

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare monthly financial reports for each are of business.
- Intimately get to know each of my small businesses.
- Help me track all the intricacies of each business activity to help me always stay in constant awareness of how each business is performing and, by extension, how all businesses are performing as a whole by constantly keeping all of my books up to date.
- Provide me with regular email updates of tasks you’ve completed, items you need me to clarify for you, and areas that might need my special attention.
- I also have a handful of new business ventures that I would like to model financially in order to assess their ---------- short, I need an expert “numbers person” on my team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proof of a professional accounting certification
- At least 3 years related accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Proof of Quickbooks Online expertise (ProAdvisor Certificate or equivalent demonstratable experience)
- Excellent knowledge of alternative accounting platforms
- Recent relevant experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Patience to answer my business questions slowly and thoroughly

Bonus points for you if you can address some of the following additional details:

- Must be able to work graveyard shift or at least partial graveyard shift, since I am in Orlando, Florida and the time difference is currently 12 ---------- Philippine-time, that is 8:00 pm to 4:00 am, ideally.
- I estimate that the above responsibilities will not be enough to fill your 40 hours per week, thus special consideration will be given to those who possess the basic qualification, but also possess additional General VA skills that can help me.
- Please outline any additional notable skills that you may possess: For example, let me know if you have experience with voice customer service, project coordination, graphic design, direct marketing, lead generation, web support, e-commerce, etc.
- Compensation is up to Php 30,000/mth base to start, plus monthly performance bonus of up to Php 5,000/mth based on productivity, communication responsiveness, accuracy of completed tasks, task completion time.
- There is also an opportunity to earn generous commissions if you are sales-oriented (however, this is not a requirement)
- Productivity and work hours will be tracked by ---------- .
- You will invoice me weekly for the first 4 weeks, then switch to invoicing me every 2 weeks.
- Ideally, you are also a critical thinker and I can count on you to point out things that might require my attention and/or suggest proactive improvements in my processes.
