Receptionist ($1 for every call answered)

$1 for every call answered - calls are generally 2 minutes long!
This role is part time, but you need to be able to answer the phone at any time between 8am-7pm EST.

I'm looking for a virtual assistant to answer phone calls for various websites that are service based. Think - painting, plumbing, electricians. These websites get calls from people who are looking to get quotes for a service they need done in their home. For each website there is a short 10-15 second call script you can follow. Your responsibilities would simply be to answer the phone and take in their contact details - easy!

Calls are generally done between 8am-7pm EST, so I'm looking for someone who can answer the calls in that general timeframe. Some days there are no calls, and other days there could be 7-10 calls. Over the next few months, I anticipate call volume will be ramping up, so I'd like to get someone on our team now & trained while volume is low.

Since volume is low, this opportunity would likely work best if you already work in the receptionist/phone assistant space and you could fit this in with the rest of the work you do with other clients.

**Call Volume & Rate Overview**

As mentioned, call volume is pretty low at the moment. Some days there are 1-3 calls, other days there are zero. Since this is paid per call, you can see how much you would be earning while the volume is low.

Over the next 90 days, we'll be aiming to ramp up to around 10 calls per day. Your earnings would then look similar to below:

1 call = $1
1 call = 2 minutes long

10 calls = $10
10 calls = 20 minutes of work per day

10 calls every day for 30 days = $300/month
20 minutes of work per day for 30 days = 10 hours of work per month

End result = earning $300 for 10 hours of ---------- will take time internally to ramp up to that level of call volume, but please do not apply if you are not okay with the structure and rate. This role is part time, but you need to be able to answer the phone at any time between 8am-7pm EST.
