JOB OVERVIEW

Understand business goals and objectives, adopt its growth strategy and take the full responsibility of driving business to the next level.
Researching leads through various platforms, preparing a strong prospecting list and calling prospects in order to sell services over the phone.
Managing full sales cycle - Contacting businesses, Qualifying leads, Conducting presentation (with DMs only), Negotiating contracts and Closing deals on the day.
Passing gatekeepers and finding the right person to speak with to ensure that the product is presented to either the business owner or the person who has 100% authority to sign contracts on behalf of the business without seeking anybody’s approval.
Following through our lead qualification process to target quality businesses and create strategic client portfolios that can help with up-sell and cross-sell at a later stage of the customer cycle.
Helping your teammates for the Client Onboarding process to ensure client’s account is activated and deployed in a timely manner.
Achieve Daily & Weekly KPIs of signing deals and generating contractual revenue.
Working collaboratively within a fun remote team environment to achieve company goals as a team.

Previous experience in full sales cycle (Australian Market preferred)
Previous experience in lead generation/appointment setting over the phone with Australian businesses (Must)
Experience in Linkedin Sales Navigator (Must)
Excellent Demonstration, written and verbal Skills
Strong track record of exceeding Weekly and Monthly KPIs (Essential)
Intermediate to Advanced Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Keyboard Skills

At least You have

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience selling over the phone to Australian Businesses.
A Hunter Mentality, hunger for success, a positive ‘ can do/never give up ‘ attitude with high level of sales resilience.
A habit of exceeding sales targets and a strong history of being Sales Superstar.
