Backend Web Developer (Full or Part-time)

We're adding another remote worker to our team, we need an experienced BACKEND Web Developer.

We use WordPress and require another advanced developer for custom plugin and functionality development.

This position is best suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.

Home Office Requirements:
- Comfortable Working remotely from Home or shared office space
- Has a DSL / Cable Connection
- Has an up-to-date Computer / Laptop
- Has a decent headset and web cam
- Comfortable using Skype

You'll never be bored, as we always have multiple projects in development, and constant updates for existing clients. We're always encouraging of new techniques, and expect you to have initiative and provide ideas and options for website projects.

Salary will be appropriate for the skill level.
We will also review salary after 3 months based on quality of work, efficiency and communication.

About Us
We are located in Vancouver, Canada and we work on medium to complex website projects. We do NOT expect remote staff to work during our hours, but we will require status reports and minimum of one Skype report/web video report each week. The majority of communication will be in email, so strong English writing/understanding is very important.

We are looking for a long term worker and will be supportive of your personal needs.
