Local Furniture Outlet is seeking one individual to manage our e-commerce catalog. The right individual will have clear experience in managing large digital catalogs as well as be able multi-task between several projects. - Monitor projected risks in advance and create mitigation measures to address them in advance reducing project disruption and financial costs.
- Use tactical skills, experience and talents to lead and deliver groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals for the e-commerce platform to boost customer experience and revenue.
- Continually seek to improve the online and interactive experiences by researching and staying ahead of new and innovative solutions, capabilities, industry trends and emerging market and customer needs.
- Take part in the planning, developing and implementing product campaigns fostering growth and improving profitability.
- Manage new product development and features roadmap from strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that included marketing, technology, customer service and finance.
- Analyzed product performance and customer feedback post-launch and responded quickly to diagnose and correct any problems.
- Independently generate new product ideas, research them for feasibility and business impact and lead the implementation of these ideas.
- Coordinate with all manufacturers, suppliers and team members using advanced project management tools ensuring fast and seamless execution of queries and solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration skills by solving minor and major problems as a team within the shortest time possible.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key strategic partners.
- Recruit and on-board new data-entry team members.
- Assign project deadlines and goals for team members to meet.
- Communicate with developers on improvements and/or issues to ensure product data is shared seamlessly between our multiple platforms (Akeneo, Magento, Odoo).
Requirements
- Fluent in English. Written and Oral.
- Minimum 2 years managing a team.
- Strong Attention to Detail.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience spreadsheet management (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Minimum of 1 year of managing e-commerce products.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in using photo editing software.
- Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
- Be able to learn and master new software as well as train new employees on that software.
