Cold Calling super star needed for Real Estate

JOB OVERVIEW
First of all EXCELLENT english is a MUST, if you dont speak good english dont apply!
You will be on the phone the majority of the time with this position talking to and calling back Sellers.
Previous successful phone experience A MUST!
Looking for someone to run and follow up on my day to day real estate LEADS.
Responsibilities include:

1.
Updating Podio leads (Podio experience preffered!)

2.
Scraping Zillow, craigslist, and backpage for leads

3.
Creating training videos for additional

4.
Researching Properties and pulling comps

5.
Talking to sellers and making ballpark offers (you better be able to handle rejection and sellers getting upset as this is a constant)

6.
Having a weekly ---------- call with me to go over your work

7. Anything else that I may think of


Experience is a plus, but being a hard working and RELIABLE employee is preferred.

Must have reliable computer with internet connections (No excuses will be tolerated for missing work!), be able to work U.S.A hours, and be positive, outgoing, and flexible.
