Finance and/Marketing Manager

Good day. We are a newly established enterprise named UNICUS, a social enterprise for artistic crafts. Our main goal is to help employ uniprosòpos (a newly created term which means "unique" people---the PWDs, mental, blind, autistic, and or poor) in order to give them jobs to help them sustain their income, alleviating not only their lives but also their social statuses. As of now, we are currently lacking of a finance/marketing manager. We will be needing your help as this is just a newly established social enterprise and we are lacking finance and/marketing managers.

Requirements:
- educational background is not needed
- proficient in finance/marketing (depending on which among the two you will chose)
- good internet connection
- hardworking (laziness will not be tolerated)
- application form
- resume will not be needed

NOTE: There will be an online interview after you have submitted your application form. This will help us know if you are qualified for the job. Salary will be discussed during the interview. Also, if you are within Davao City, Philippines, then all the more better.

NOTE#2: The official online interview will be quite different from the standard interviews as it will be divided into two stages: Written Interview and Online Face-to-face.

For the written interview, we will be posting a set of questions here. Please answer honestly as it will be the main basis if you can proceed to the next part of the interview. Make sure that your answers will be satisfactory. As for the online face-to-face, we will post the schedule and the link for the interview after you are through with the written interview.

1.) As we are still in the start-up stage, there are still a lot of things needed to adjust and to work-on in order for the business to have a smooth operation. Are you willing to help us make sure this business will operate smoothly?
2.) As we are not a perfect business, there will inevitably be a lot of ups and downs. Are you willing to help us through our ups and downs?
3.) Since this is a social enterprise, we will be helping out the uniprosòpos. Are you willing to help and guide the uniprosòpos?
