Disciplined:
+ Able to work full time with our team (3pm - 12am Phil Time) with 1 hour break.
+ Gives 1 Daily Update in our Internal Chatroom to share project details
+ Does Not Need Hand Holding - Able to Research Internet to Find Answers
+ Comfortable Using Hubstaff Time/Screenshot Tracker - To Track Work Progress for Payments

Resourceful:
+ Understands Business Apps (GUI, Apple Maps, Google Maps, etc)
+ Has Experience In Coding (C#, C++, or Obj-C)
+ Has Worked With Business Apps
+ Has a Mac and iOS Device
+ Has Developed App Previously

Creative:
+ Able to Design a App From Nothing
+ Able to Share Ideas with Team
+ Willing to Learn
+ Willing to Document Source Codes and Processes for Other Team Members
