Video/Photo Editing VA for Social Media - Entry Level Welcome

Entry-level applicants welcome - you need a keen eye for aesthetics/design. Only 2 *REQUIRED* skills: Photo & Video Editing (Adobe PS/PP/AE preferred), but we will train you on social media posting & advanced PS skills - your PS skills can be more basic but your video skills should be at least intermediate. If you don't have both skills, especially video, *DO NOT APPLY*, you can't do the job. I am looking for a part-time employee (20-25 hours) that can convert to full-time in the near future.
Pay: TBD, depends on your level of skill and others that apply.

Main Duties:
*Only 2 *REQUIRED* skills: Photo Editing (PS preferred) & Intermediate/Advanced Video Editing (Adobe PP or AE preferred).
* If you don't have both skills, *DO NOT APPLY*, you can't do the job.
*For Video Editing: You need to be able to do more than just string clips together or use Canva templates. I need someone who can do ---------- anges to raw product videos, animate text, and take any direction with no ego to represent a brand's "look/mood" well & make products shine. You need an artistic eye for a women's jewelry company.
*Excellent written English will make you a winner (since you’ll make social media posts + do influencer outreach)
*Posting on Social Media: Creating & editing product images/text graphics, animated text posts, & video posts & adapting for Instagram/Pinterest
*Possibly commenting, messaging people, and liking posts on Instagram/Pinterest
*Sending and responding to emails
*Other projects as requested - we’re a small company so you’ll have varied tasks

Perks:
*Work whenever you want so long as you get your hours in. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time except for what's absolutely necessary.
*You can work as much as you want. I will pay you your hours, but if you work extra hours, you get paid those hours.
