We are looking for additional Customer Support team members that provide high-quality experience and assistance for the customers we are supporting for our client's Amazon
Job Description:
- Responsible to handle all customers enquiries for eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon via
- Resolve escalated cases with unsatisfied customers
- Resolve and follow up on negative feedback and reviews effectively
- Liaise with eCommerce marketplaces to track order status
- Issue VAT invoice
- Prepare and generate sales report for management’s review and ensure data integrity
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A strong interest in building a career in e-Commerce
- Good understanding of online shopping business and latest trends.
- Holder of diploma or higher in any discipline
- 1 year experience in the customer service industry (Fresh graduated also welcome)
- Experience in Amazon marketplaces would be an advantage
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with knowledge of other European
language would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal, communication and
problem-solving skills
- Detail-minded, independent,
- Proficiency in MS Office
