JOB OVERVIEW

Hiya! I’m hiring a part-time admin and content virtual assistant (my brain and right-hand person) to work on administrative tasks, content creation, and creating systems for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:
The following skills are REQUIRED for success in this role:
- EXCELLENT English Writing
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with social media platforms (IG, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with project management tools like (e.g., ClickUp)
- Familiarity with content scheduling software (e.g., Later, Tailwind)
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Dubsado, Google Calendar)
- Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills

WHAT THE POSITION ENTAILS:
- Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
- Reformat video transcripts into a blog post on WordPress blog
- Manage social media (IG, Pinterest + LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with other team members to manage the blog and social media
- Podcast and speaking engagement lead research and generation
- General admin tasks
- Scheduling newsletters
- 10-20 hours per week

The above is not an exhaustive list but it should give you an idea of the kind of work that would be expected of you. All the tasks above are “teachable” so if there’s something on the list you don’t have experience in, I am willing to train you. The skills in the “REQUIREMENTS” section, however, are REQUIRED.

WHAT THE COMPENSATION IS:
- Pay weekly
- We give pay increases based on performance
