Social Media Community & Engagement Manager

We are a fast-growing US company with over 50+ Filipino employees currently looking for Community Manager(s) who can perform the following:

1. Engage with target social media accounts online
2. Respond and reach out to accounts
3. Assist with basic social media tasks such as uploading posts if needed

Our Community Managers' primary focus are
- 'targeted and organic follower growth)
- engagement

We are especially interested in Community Managers who are very growth-oriented and also like using digital strategies and technology that goes beyond basic commenting and responding.

You must be able to speak and write in English very proficiently.

We offer very flexible work hours/you can work on your own time as long as it fulfills 30-40 hours a week, paid leave, as well as a supportive and healthy work environment with other FIlipino and US team members..
