Talent Acquisition Specialist & Interviewer

We are a fast-growing US-based startup now with over 60 full-time employees and we recently have been acquired.

We are now looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help:

- create and/or fine-tune job descriptions and requirements and post on various paid/unpaid channels to gain the best talent(s).
- help the team develop and edit the interview process (including propose tests) to make filtering for top talent easy)
- interview and approve talents we would hire
- create and give-feedback on the onboarding process.
- give accurate feedback on standard salary ranges and job scopes in equivalent positions in the Philippines so we may offer competitive salaries and compensation packages.

We are in the digital marketing/social marketing/design space so the type of talents we are looking for usually would be
- social media managers/directors
- writers etc
- data entry staff
- interns

We have experience in the processes above, but as we are growing rapidly, need someone who can help us manage the flow of work and suggest processes that would improve efficiency.

Requirements
- At least 3 years experience with relevant job scope
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Digital/Creative Agency Experience is a plus
