Web Developer / Designer

Are you a designer / developer that excels at learning the business that you are building websites for? We are not looking for the average website developer that takes someone else's design and then copies them to WordPress. We are looking to hire a a modern website developer. A modern website developer has to understand the content and businesses that they are building websites for so they can recommend improvements.
 
If you just graduated school or have only built a few websites, you are not a fit for this position. Please apply in a few years after you have refined your skills. We want a seasoned developer that has seen most of the issues and problems and can quickly troubleshoot them and move on to the next task.

NIGHTSHIFT - 9am to 6pm EST
 
Must have:
• 7 Years experience minimum Full stack developer with Front End & Back End Development
• PHP, WordPress Programming, jQuery, AJAX, WooCommerce
• ACF and Custom Templates
• Well versed with SITE SPEED AND PERFORMANCE
• Able to design modern and innovative pages and site
• Team player and able to work with other developers
• On Page SEO Experience
• Experience with X-Theme Pro preferred. We build almost all sites with ----------
• Fast-paced environment working with many different client types
 
Our company is a well-established marketing firm. Our company maintains / updates existing sites and builds new sites for many different client types. We don't lay off developers or have slow times because we have multiple departments such as Social media, PPC, video / photo, email marketing, and architectural design and rendering. All of our clients are located in the U.S, so speaking & understanding English well is very important. We host, maintain, and update every website that we build, so it is important that they are build well with the best plugins available.
