We are looking for an experienced Google Adwords PPC Specialist!

What You Will Do as an Account Analyst:

- Analyze and help optimize several Google and Microsoft Ads
- Develop, set up, and report on several campaign types across ad platforms
- Assist in management and execution of ad strategies to increase the volume of sales and leads
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of Google and Microsoft’s ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the keyword auction, ad formats, campaign strategies, and bid strategies.
- Provide insight into account performance to account manager and determine positive and negative trends in the data
- A/B test ad copy effectively to meet performance goals.
- Analyze web metrics, provide campaign effectiveness reports, and implement optimizations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with the management team in order to develop new strategies to execute

What You Bring as a Media Buyer:

- Required: 1+ years of experience buying within the Google Ads ecosystem
- A proven track record of executing and retaining paid ad accounts
- MUST understand and comprehend ROAS, CPA, Impressions, CTR, CPC, CVR.
- Experience analyzing and reporting on campaign trends in your current or previous role.
- A strong understanding of the bidding and targeting options available within Google Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong work ethic plus demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done.
- Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion for digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on optimization.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
- Must be able to work graveyard shifts Monday to Friday EST

BONUS:
- Understanding of SEO, CRO.
- Understanding how to create ad copy.
