Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with the client through phone and email.
2. Assist our sales people in following up content and other info from client.
3. Manage our chat box.

Requirements:
1. We need someone with EXCELLENT English communication skills since you'll be directly talking to US clients.
2. Good internet connection with backup.
3. Strong Globe cellular signal.
4. Can work at night (US time)
5. Excellent attention to details.
